Candidates obtain the title of vocational qualification by passing a final examination in one of the vocational programmes of lower or upper-secondary vocational education.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION
The final examination is open to anyone who has successfully completed the final year of lower or upper secondary vocational education, or who has achieved the required number of credits, and who has fulfilled the other requirements set out in the programme.
APPLICATION AND EXAMINATION DEADLINES
The final examination is held in the spring, autumn and winter terms, and the detailed timetable for each school must be published by the school board of the final examination no later than 31st January for the current school year.
A candidate may take or improve the final examination or a single examination more than once.
